Al Khozama Hotel is my go-to place in Riyadh. Staff found my lost earring on my first stay and I've been coming back since. From free Wi-Fi and parking, to a gym, pool, and flat-screen TV, it has everything I need for my city trips. No regrets.

Traditional decor, attentive staff, and royal treatment. Clean rooms with convenient facilities. Daily fruit basket and mineral water. Delicious breakfast with fresh honey. Smooth check-in and debit card cash withdrawal without fees.

The facility is old and in need for upgrade.

I chose this hotel for a board meeting due to its excellent business center, convenient limo/town car service, and efficient express check-in. The amenities available on request, such as irons/ironing boards, were also helpful during my stay.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room or conference facility.

Very Very late check in. I made my reservation one day before check in . the check-in is at 3:00 pm but they late me until 4:00 pm , I talked with the manager about this late ,he told me: you make the reservation one day before you check-in because that we late .( unreasonable reason ).

We had a great stay! The hotel is located near a mall and close to all business centers and attractions. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. We also loved the breakfast and the friendly staff.

When I arrived at the hotel, the reception didn't seem to have a record of my booking, which was disappointing. However, the matter was handled well and professionally and I ended up with a better room than I'd expected on the business floor of the hotel.
